I want to personally thank you
for choosing Southern Dental Associates to be your "family
dentist." We have been providing dental services
to Houston area families like yours since 1957, and from what
I have learned from our Patient Response cards, we are
doing a pretty good job. I sincerely hope you feel

If you have not been in to see
us lately, you may not be aware of a new concept we developed. Actually,
the concept itself is not new, but our manner of informing
our patients about it is. We have always had an unwritten
policy of standing behind our work. In fact our policy
was to redo any procedure performed by one of our Associate
Dentists if it failed within one year of the date the service
was performed. The reason we do this is to give our
patients peace of mind. Although we strive to keep

so what's new?" That is a fair question. Our
policy is still the same, but now we offer every patient

do it because we care and because we want to build a lasting
professional relationship with you.

time for your check-up, we would like to see you again. We
